Transportation
Airport to the casino, and everything in between.
Bell Transportation is Las Vegas’s largest ground-transport service — sedans, SUVs, and coaches serving Harry Reid, the Strip, and off-Strip moves. Get a quote below.
Getting from Harry Reid to the Strip
Harry Reid International has two terminals. Terminal 1 handles most domestic carriers — Southwest, American, United, Alaska. Terminal 3 handles Delta, international arrivals, and Spirit. The pickup instructions differ: T1 ground transportation is on the baggage claim level; T3 is on the lower roadway. If you’re in a group with checked bags and the pickup location matters, confirm which terminal before you land.
The Strip is 3 to 5 miles from the airport depending on your property. That sounds short until Las Vegas Blvd traffic or a convention arrival hits. On a normal afternoon the drive is 15 minutes. On a peak Friday or during a major event weekend it can run 40. A pre-arranged car with a driver watching your flight status is worth more at those moments than it sounds in advance.
If your group has four or more checked bags, book an SUV — a standard sedan trunk holds three at most. Easy to miss when booking and impossible to fix at the curb.
Moving between properties
This is the trip rideshare handles worst in Las Vegas. A late-night move between properties — from Wynn to Mandalay Bay after a show, from Aria to Fontainebleau for a late dinner reservation — means joining the rideshare queue at the worst possible moment: Friday or Saturday after 11pm, when every property is busy and surge pricing is real.
Off-Strip moves are where the friction is even higher. A dinner at Bazaar Meat, a show at the Sphere, a late night at a venue that isn’t walkable from your hotel — these are the trips that benefit most from a car that’s already waiting. Your host can often arrange a complimentary limo for moves within their property ecosystem; for everything outside it, Bell’s point-to-point service covers the gap.
If you’re moving a group late at night — four or more people with plans that involve multiple stops — scroll to the Groups section below.

Single trips, airport transfers, point to point
The form below connects directly to Bell Transportation’s reservations team. Their final step is a quote request — Bell will follow up to confirm and collect payment directly. No prices are shown here because rates depend on vehicle type, group size, and timing.

Groups and multi-stop evenings
Five or more passengers, or a multi-stop evening with a dedicated vehicle, is a charter conversation — not a widget transaction. The form above handles single trips. A group evening with multiple pickups, a waiting driver, and a late-night return needs to be quoted as a block.
Drop us a note with your group size, travel dates, and the rough itinerary. We’ll connect you with Bell’s group team and make sure the right vehicle is held.
Getting back to the airport
The return trip is where most people run late. Checkout at most Strip properties is 11am or noon. TSA at Harry Reid is manageable for domestic flights — 45 minutes is usually enough buffer on a normal morning, 75 minutes on a busy one — but the drive eats time people don’t account for.
If your flight is before 11am, you’ll need a plan for checkout and bags. Your host can often arrange late checkout for qualified players — ask before you check in, not the morning of departure. For anything before 9am, the airport is 15 minutes away but the lobby at 7am on a Saturday is not calm.
A pre-arranged airport transfer is worth the most on your way out. You know your flight time; you know when checkout is; a car that is already confirmed takes one variable off the list.
A note on hosted players
At most Strip properties, a casino host arranges complimentary limo pickup for qualified players — it’s one of the first things a good host offers. If you have an established host relationship, ask them before booking anything. This page covers the trips your host does not arrange: arrivals before you’re rated, guests travelling with you, off-property evenings, and groups that outgrow one car.
