1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of casinohostvegas.com (the "Site") operated by MyRSVP LLC d/b/a CasinoHostVegas ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What we do

CasinoHostVegas is an independent referral service. We help connect prospective players with casino hosts at independent Las Vegas resort properties.

We do not operate a casino. We do not own, control, or process wagers for any casino property. We do not guarantee that any host will accept your request, that any property will extend credit or comps, or that you will qualify for any tier of play.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.

4. Submissions

Information you submit through our matching quiz or contact forms must be accurate and complete. We share submission data with the casino host(s) we determine to be the best match, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information
• Use the Site to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the Site's security or integrity
• Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit Site content without our permission

6. Third-party properties

Casino properties referenced on the Site are independent businesses. We are not their agent, partner, or representative unless we expressly state otherwise. Their terms, policies, comp structures, eligibility, and offerings are theirs to set and modify at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by CasinoHostVegas or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASINOHOSTVEGAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CasinoHostVegas harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
